Who We Are

A Public Benefit Company built to give independent practices the back office of a large group — without giving up what makes them independent.

A Public Benefit Company

N-Able Health is a Public Benefit Company based in Erie, Pennsylvania. That's not a tagline — it's written into our charter. A Public Benefit Company is legally chartered to pursue a mission, not just a margin. Ours is the success of independent practices.

It means our incentives are pointed the same direction as yours: we do well only when your practice does.

“For the People”

Independent medicine is under pressure from every side — billing companies that take a percentage of everything you earn, software that fights you, and back-office work that pulls you away from patients.

We started N-Able to give independent practices hospital-level administrative support — the same billing, technology, and operational muscle that large health systems rely on — without giving up what makes them independent.

Our promise

We charge one flat fee. We never take a cut of your revenue or your growth. You keep 100% of every dollar you earn. We only make money the way you'd want a partner to — by being worth more than we cost.

You stay in control

1
You own your practice — 100%. We don't take equity, and we don't make clinical decisions. Those are yours.
2
You own your data, always, and can export it anytime.
3
Your billing stays in your hands. We do the heavy lifting; you keep final say.

Your data never leaves your building

Our AI runs on-premise— on hardware inside your practice. Patient information doesn't get shipped to a cloud or a third party to be processed. It's a privacy advantage, a trust advantage, and a compliance advantage most vendors can't match.

Built for compliance in all 50 states

Compliance isn't a checkbox for us; it's the reason our model is built the way it is — flat fees instead of revenue shares, on-premise data, clear ownership lines. We design every part of the relationship to hold up everywhere we operate.
