About N-Able
N-Able is a healthcare partner that only gets paid when your collections grow. We don't charge billable hours, monthly software fees, or retainers.
The level playing field independent practices deserve.
Independent practices are the backbone of community healthcare. They're under pressure from administrative burden, expensive technology, and large health systems that can outspend them on every front.
We built N-Able to deliver enterprise-grade technology, a full revenue cycle team, and quantitative growth consulting in a bundled engagement, with our pay tied directly to the new revenue we help generate.
You keep 100% ownership of your practice.
How we're structured.
N-Able LLC is organized as a Public Benefit Company in Pennsylvania.
The MSO structure maintains clear legal separation between business services (us) and clinical decisions (you). Our fees are characterized as performance-based service fees, not revenue sharing, to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Five things that make us different
We earn a percentage of Novel Income only, defined as collections above your established baseline.
We sign geographic non-competes on Partner Track so we're focused on you, not your competition.
We provide clear exit paths in every contract, including a 30-day early termination clause.
All AI inference runs locally on hardware in your clinic, so Protected Health Information (PHI) never leaves the building.
Majority control stays with the founding group. This means mission integrity is never for sale.
Why we started in healthcare
Healthcare has the strictest rules of any industry we could have built in. We chose it on purpose, so our system could handle HIPAA, billing regulations, and patient data protection from day one. Our first signed partner is Progressive Chiropractic Center in Fairview, Pennsylvania, live since early 2026.

What we stand for
These are how we operate, not aspirations on a wall.
Performance-aligned compensation
We earn from new revenue only. Zero growth equals zero ongoing payment.
Price transparency
We pass third-party costs through at cost with no vendor markup. Hardware is sold to clinics at cost, with no hidden margins.
Equitable pay across the company
Our long-term goal is executive compensation structured to ensure revenue sharing is equitable from the top to the bottom of the organizational ladder.
Owner-controlled, PE-independent
Majority control stays with the founding group. Mission integrity is not for sale.
Quantitative-first methodology
We apply biostatistical and data science methods to revenue optimization.
