We specialize in small, independent practices—typically 1-5 providers. This includes family practice, specialty care, chiropractic, dental, optometry, and similar outpatient settings.
What's the typical engagement timeline?
Most implementations complete within 90 days, though this varies based on scope and your clinic's readiness. We'll provide a detailed timeline in your proposal.
What does "Novel Income" mean?
Novel Income refers to new revenue generated above your established baseline—the growth we help create. You only pay a percentage on the improvement, not your existing revenue.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Both our Partner and Service tracks include exit options. Partner Track has a 6-month mutual exit option; Service Track includes a 6-month KPI check with opt-out if goals aren't met.
