About N-Able

N-Able is a Med/Fin Tech startup currently based in Erie, Pennsylvania. We're structured as a Public Benefit Company, which means we're legally committed to creating positive impact alongside financial returns.

We partner with independent medical clinics to achieve sustainable growth while maintaining high-quality patient care. Our approach differs from traditional consultants and Management Service Organizations (MSOs):

  • Full MSO framework with Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and HIPAA-aligned practices
  • Incentive-aligned compensation: we only earn a percentage of Novel Income (new revenue above your established baseline)
  • Geographic non-compete: our attention and resources stay focused on your clinic, not your regional competition

We're currently focused on partnering with specialties across Family Practice, Optometry, Dentistry, and Chiropractic. This focused approach allows us to deliver exceptional results and build strong references before expanding.
